Fiona is very kind. She has lots of good toys to play with. She played games with us and helped me build magnets. She looked after my sisters really well too. She helped them do arts and crafts.

Fiona was kind and good fun. She brought lots of games and crafts for us. She helped us make a crown. She gave us some dinner and let us have ice lollies. Sometimes she took us to join in the wedding and sometimes we played games.

Recently, we went to Scotland for the first time for a big birthday party at a castle outside Edinburgh. In tow were 3 7-year old boys, and one 5-year old girl. During our events, we really wanted someone to keep an eye on the kids and occupy their time so the parents could all enjoy the adult festivities. Our agent connected us with Fiona at Top Notch Event Nanny services. We did some research on the company and decided we would go in that direction and ask Fiona to watch our kids for 3 nights during the event.

Fiona arrived on time, and with tons of activities for the kids. She had a separate room available where she took care of the kids, and just did a fantastic job. The kids did activities, drew, played, built, and had a blast. Fiona took care of ensuring they had snacks and dinner, and was very communicative during her sessions. We were worried about one person taking care of that many kids at that age, but she was confident she could handle it, and she did! Fiona was just amazing. The kids loved her, she was responsible and able to handle any situation, and really understood what the kids needed and how to keep them busy and happy.

Without a doubt, we would use Fiona again as our first and only option if we ever get back to Edinburgh. We highly recommend her, and our kids do too!

Planning our wedding we thought we would be able to manage our three kids, including one-year-old twins between ourselves and family, however the nearer the wedding got we realised this wouldn’t be the best idea. I searched for wedding nannies and soon found Top Notch event Nanny on Facebook, it looked to be a good professional business with some good recommendations. It was short notice, but I sent them an enquiry message. Fiona was quick to reply and outline the options she could offer along with the price. After some discussion around requirements I was happy to go ahead with Fiona, only one nanny was required and it was a reasonable priced quote.

Communication leading to the wedding was great with Fiona replying to any queries promptly and was ready for the wedding. She had a comprehensive registration form on her site outlining necessary contact and medical info etc.

Fiona arrived on time at the venue and immediately put me at ease. She was well presented, professional and cheery. Upon her first interaction with the children it was clear that she had plenty of experience and managed them with ease. She listened to what their needs were and what our routines with them were. I was entirely happy leaving our kids in her care.

Fiona’s service was great and she coped admirably with my own kids as well as other guests children at the wedding. She allowed me to enjoy the entirety of my wedding without any worry or stress about the children. It is the best money I spent for the whole wedding and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anybody requiring childcare. I’ve gone on about it ever since and I’m so thankful we found her.

Fiona is just wonderful, she has looked after my 6, 3 & 1 year old. She has helped me at weddings and at home. Fiona is always cheery and kind, all my children adore her.

Fiona looked after my very active 20 month old and 2 nieces (4 and 2) in addition to several primary school aged children at a family wedding. She arrived armed with toys and a big smile, she was a complete life saver. She also looked after the girls at home late that evening so we could enjoy the party. Couldn’t recommend Fiona and Lauren highly enough.

Fiona looked after 4 children including our son and daughter at our wedding last month. She was absolutely fantastic. She hadn’t been to the venue before and ensured she visited and checked it out beforehand so she knew the space. Fiona brought lots of toys, crafts and jewellery activities to keep them occupied. It was reassuring to know that there was a fun corner that the children could escape to, especially during the speeches and meal. Fiona was enthusiastic and engaging with the children (and adults!) and we could relax and enjoy our wedding knowing they were in safe hands. I’d highly recommend using Fiona’s services, she was professional, reliable and lovely to deal with. She even sent some pic’s of us and the kids playing at the wedding.

We would highly recommend Fiona and her group of ladies if you are having a wedding with lots of children! They really put in the effort to help look after and entertain children of a variety of ages. They brought loads of toys, played with the children and sang songs. It allowed us to enjoy the reception drinks and dinner without worrying about the kids being bored or screaming! Thanks again.

With over 30 children at our wedding we wanted to offer some form of childcare during the day/ reception and then in the evening so that parents could relax and enjoy the party. I could not recommend Top Notch Event Nanny Service enough. Fiona and her wonderful team of ladies (3 during the day and 4 in the evening) arrived with toys, books and games in hand and provided what i can only describe as incredible childcare. They played games, sang songs and became firm friends with many by the time the night was up.

I cannot believe our luck in finding Fiona and having her look after our two girls over a long wedding weekend. They absolutely adored her from the first moment, and my husband and I were able to fully relax and enjoy all the celebrations knowing that they were in the safest and most caring hands. In fact, my 18 month old has never been put to bed by anyone apart from me, but happily went to bed for Fiona which I think speaks for the love and care she gives the children she is looking after. I would not hesitate to sing Fiona’s praises from the rooftops!

Fiona and Top Notch Event Nanny Service are brilliant. Fiona took great care of our infant son during our wedding ceremony. Allowing us to fully enjoy the event without requiring a family member to be on baby duty. I would recommend Fiona without hesitation and will look to book her again should we every need nannying services in the future.

We weren’t sure what to expect when we were told that there would be a nanny at the wedding but honestly it was fantastic. Fiona took the time before the wedding to get to know the kids before supporting them with their ‘jobs’ at the ceremony. They were then more than happy to go with her to play while the wedding took place and then at the meal. We felt that they were still included when they wanted to be but also had somewhere to go to get away from the busyness. We are grateful to Fiona for her kindness and accommodating manner. We were more than sure our kids were safe and well cared for. Would highly recommend.
